This set of five tapas bowls, made deep in Portugal's Alentejo region, are perfect for serving olives, nuts or other small snacks. The simple terracotta and white design is the perfect mix of elegant and traditional. The painting depicts the Alentejo skyline - a bucolic grassy hill and a cork tree.
Each tapas bowl is approximately 3.25 inches wide.
Célia Macedo, the artist behind the line, hand paints, hand fires and hand throws every one of these pieces. She uses Portuguese clay and paints using natural, food safe paints. Her artistry melds modern design with traditional practices - can't you see why we have fallen in love with Célia and her art!
Check out this short video of Célia making our line on our last visit to Portugal.
