Tasting notes: This wine is bursting with flavor yet restrained and elegant. Think tropical fruits and citrus. Its balance of salinity, acidity and fruit will have your appetite piqued! This wine is both serious and approachable - perfect for guests. Make sure that it is not served too cold, this will mask its intensity. Burgundy drinkers will love this wine. Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in new french oak.
Enjoy with: A roast chicken would be my go to for this dish. Lobster or a carbonara would also pair fabulously.
