Overview: Made from hand-harvested and lightly pressed native Douro red grape varietals and aged in used French oak for 4 months to give it some "oomph", this versatile rosé screams summer - barbecues, picnics, days at the beach, dining al fresco - it's an easy drinking, but very well-made, elegant, complex and food-friendly rosé everyone will love!
Varietals: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Francisca
Tasting notes: If this rosé weren't as enticing to drink as it is, you could admire its pale pink color and orange highlights in your glass for hours. Smells of fresh flowers, ripe cantaloupe, banana and strawberry, citronella and a hint of wet stone and basil leave on the nose lead to flavors of gooseberries, white cherries, watermelon and sweet cherry tomatoes on the mouth.
