Overview: A barrel-selected wine from Quinta do Tedo's oldest Savedra parcel with over 18 varietals, averaging 60+ years old. Produced only in superb years. Estate-grown Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Cão and Tinta Roriz are the dominant grapes in Quinta do Tedo's Douro DOC Red Wines. To ensure more fruit and less acidity, the quinta harvests the grapes for the DOC Red Wines before the grapes harvested for the Portos.
