In Portugal we have a food tradition called "petiscos", which are small plates of food designed to be shared and enjoyed together. The beauty of throwing a Portuguese pestico party is that instead of cooking a big roast for hours, you cook five or six easy different dishes in an hour to be enjoyed around the table with lots of bread and great wine.

Sangria is always a winner drink to serve to guests! It couldn’t be easier and the result is delicious 10 out of 10 times.
